1:1 Breathwork Session

A Path to Inner Harmony

Through a combination of guided conscious connected breathwork, energetic healing techniques, and gentle bodywork, you will be guided to explore the depths of your inner world. Our sessions are designed to help you release emotional blockages, and gain insight into your patterns and beliefs.

What to Expect:

When you join me for a 1:1, hour-long guided conscious connected breathwork session, we will embark on a transformative inner exploration together. We begin by setting your intention for the session, allowing you to bring awareness to any areas of your life that you wish to work on or seek clarity in.

As we settle in, I will guide you through a rhythmic and intentional breathing technique, lasting approximately 40 minutes. This technique will help you tap into your subconscious mind and unlock deeper levels of self-discovery.

At the conclusion of the breathwork, we will provide ample time for reorientation and integration. This includes an opportunity for journaling and open discussions to process your experience and gain further insights.
